Saint Catherine on one side of the block and the other side has her back story:
St. Catherine of Siena
Patron Saint of Nurses
St. Catherine, native of
Siena, Italy, and one of
the youngest of twenty-five
children, devoted her life
entirely to Jesus, and
dedicated her time to
serving the sick and poor.
When the plague swept
through her city, she
volunteered to nurse the
sick in the hospitals.
Because of this, Catherine
of Siena is known as ht e
patron saints of nurses.
